In fact, the wooden platform the old water heater was sitting on had become water logged and rotten. After taking out the platform, Blake determined the riser floor was also damaged and needed to be replaced.In the process of tearing out the riser floor, Blake then discover a leak going to an outside faucet that had been there for some time. So what started as a simple water heater replacement turned into a day-long renovation project that included a plumbing repair project as well. Blake did an outstanding five-star job at a more than fair price and his workmanship was excellent."
